Izabel London Tracking Order Status

I've ordered from them a few times and mostly I have loved my clothes that I've order. Last order, I got three dresses and decided to return two as I didn't like them on. It was really easy to return and I got my refund quickly

First time ordering from Izabel London. Unfortunately the lovely coat was too big so I had to return. The packaging was lovely and so easy to return using the label provided using Royal Mail. Waiting on my refund now but can't imagine that will be too long. Will order a smaller size. Order No 353011 A.C. Thank you !

Unfortunately I received a faulty item, from iazbel London, I have email Izabel London but izabel London have not got back to me yet? I also received 2 jumpers which should have been exactly the same but one of them was bigger than the other, I email iazbel London but izabel London have not got back to me yet ? I still have not got an email about the query to do with the jumpers from izabel London dated 18/01/2024 I have just got a email relating to the parka jacket I bought.

It was a lovely dress; it's just that I thought the floral colour was pink - that's how it appears on the website, but when it arrived it was more of a beige colour and I can't wear beige. Unfortunately, I have had to return Order No: 307958 - another lovely dress, but it was too small for me. I look forward to my refund in due course. Thank you for your good customer service.

Ordered a floral dress from Izabel London but the colour wasn't anything like the photo on the website so returned, but still waiting for my refund. ORDER NO: 307934 (£49.95). Please respond to let me know when I can expect to be refunded. Thank you.
