Worked fast and without any issues. But if you guys have antivirus like bitdefender installed then disable the antivirus before running the software. Worked like charm when antivirus was disabled.

I thought this would be a real hassle, but actually the process was very smooth. I have successfully transferred my WhatsApp data from my old Huawei to my new iPhone. The little step-by-step tutorial (or guide) that shows what to do at each stage as the software is working was clear and very helpful. It does what it says it will do - and at a very reasonable cost (they had a promotion on for the WatsGo app). Happy!

The iOS AnyGo app doesn’t work for iOS 17. During the installation, it either couldn’t download a firmware update file or it keeps saying that a wireless WLAN is required. We are running iOS 17. I wrote to iToolab and although they were slow to reply but they eventually did reply and they said that they are working on an update to get the iOS app to work on iOS 17. They asked if I would like to wait for an update. I decided to get a refund instead. And iToolab gave me a full refund. I purchased the app on 23 Sep 2023 and after trying for a few days and not able to get it to work (the iOS app only, the desktop version works fine), iToolab issued a refund on 28 Sep 2023. Thanks to Elaine from iToolab who followed up on my case. If you need only the desktop version it will work.
