IT Luggage Tracking Order Status

Had to call on the warranty for a zip that failed. First warranty submission got lost but once we established contact the replacement case was organised with great ease.

Had 2 faulty cases that fell under the it luggage 10 year warranty. Filled in a quick an easy email form and the replacements were with us in a couple of days. Really good communication from the team there too, will definitely buy from this company again. 5⭐️

1st class service received from IT luggage, I purchased a large suitcase in 2019 and it developed a fault, thank god for the 10 year warranty. They replaced the suitcase with no issues at all. I would definitely purchase IT luggage going forward. Thank You IT luggage.

After contacting customer support about a faulty zip on my suitcase and emailing the necessary documentation, I have just received my new replacement suitcase. Fantastic customer support, very quick, prompt service. Thank you.

Wasn't aware of the 10 year warranty until I googled fixing my suitcase. Filled out the claim form and within days I had the offer of choosing a replacement suitcase of the same size, any price range. Swift delivery of new suitcase too. I will be sticking with IT from now on excellent customer service.
