ItalyStation.com Tracking Order Status

I recently purchased a Chanel Classic Flap Bag from ItalyStation, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. The bag I received is absolutely stunning!

Potential buyers should be cautious when considering purchases from this seller due to unresolved refund. I ordered the versace large athena bag back on Dec 16th and I was so confused why it was held at customs for almost a month. I've communicated with seller (kelly@italystation .com) multiple times to find out what's going on, it turned out, they put the wrong name and address to the item. (I couldn't believe the level of incompetence this company displayed) The seller gave me the option to rectify this mistake or get a refund. But because this has been going on for >month, I've decided that I'd rather get my money back instead. I didnt even receive the bag at all. Fast forward, it's been >3 weeks since I saw on DHL's tracking info that the item had been returned to them successfully. Of course, I was hoping that finally, I'd get my money back. However, despite multiple attempts to contact the seller, I have not received the refund that was promised for the returned item. I can't stress it enough. I DO NOT recommend this seller. My $1240.00 has been stolen by this fraud seller. I guess this amount is worth tarnishing their business and credibility online.

Excellent service. The salesman was really helpful to look for the scarce Hermes bag for me. Price is reasonable.

Horrible horrible experience. Service was good up until they decided to ship thousands of dollars of items I paid for with an unknown service. It has been over ONE MONTH and nobody knows where my package is. Extremely unhelpful. Claiming on my card and seeking a refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND
