italk Tracking Order Status

After speaking to several Broadband suppliers, some that could not find my apartment building on the OR database, some with customer services in foreign climes, that makes conversations with me being hearing imapaired very difficult. I see italk UK ad come up on my facebook stream and 20 minutes later after completing the online applicationwe are all done. That process is so appreciated by people with hearing impairment!. On the first instance, I was mislead not correctly guided resulted in a lot of stress and disappointment with italk company . But later on my request my call was transferred to collection team where team member Zion sorted my complaint so well. Zion been so polite and patiently listened to my problem and sorted it so well professionally. Zion’s services are highly appreciated.
