iStock Tracking Order Status

Hubo un problema con la cancelación y varios pagos. Tras escribir varios emails con la información precisa supieron arreglar el asunto. Costó un poco, bastantes emails pero se solucionó. Por eso escribo este mensaje. Gracias

I always used istock for free, simply downloaded pics and went on with my life. Recently decided to change my habits and start owning my actions, buying license is one of them. So today when I went to Istock to download a picture I thought of making an account and actually buy one. You know what happens? I am not able to sign in! First it says that there is something wrong with the email and the process wasn't finished, than it tells me that such email already exists. The only problem is that my details don't match! My password doesn't fit and my email is taken. By me. I was so frustrated and came to leave an angry comment but I see now that I'm not the only one. The most complains are about subscription so maybe it is an act of destiny that tells me to stay on the dark side.

De klantenservice was heel behulpzaam. Ook ik had een proefabonnement afgesloten met één gratis maand. Als je niet op tijd opzegt zit je ''vast'' aan een jaar abonnement. Contact opgenomen met de klantenservice omdat ik geen gebruik maak/heb gemaakt buiten de proefperiode. Netjes de abonnement voor mij geannuleerd en zelfs een betaalde maand terug gestort gekregen.

Because of Covid and working with a reduced team, I subscribed for 1 year. I had issues to start with and it was very difficult to get in touch with them. No client service, no support, nothing. The chat NEVER once worked. Day, night, anytime. The chat is just a decorative icon on the bottom right corner of the website. BUT... The day AFTER my subscription ended, a very charming client service person called me to ask if I wanted to renew (where had he been all my life?!?). I explained that I did not need to because I now had a social media/photographer on my team. He proceeded to tell me that all the downloads I'd made that HAD NOT YET BEEN USED (on Google or my website or social media) would no longer be usable! I'd just spent a couple of days downloading videos so that I would end the subscription with no outstanding credit (so that I used up all my available credit - I do not like to waste). I then spent time to rename and load them all onto my Drive in order to share with my social media manager. AND THEN I heard from this guy that I was no longer allowed to use them??? What the??? It is totally crazy and ridiculous. Do not go there. It is a crazy rip-off...
