Very bad customer service

I received my parcel and when I opened it only half of the order was there. I had ordered a box of 4 salt lamp bulbs but only 2 were in the box. I made several attempts to contact you, both email and phone with no response. I would like to either receive the missing bulbs or be given a refund through Afterpay, NOT a store credit. Very disappointing as I have made many purchases with the company.

they just buy stuff from india and sell it here for 200% markup, making some white bloke rich. do yourself a favour and go to india, or nepal, etc, or go to your local suburb that has a strong population and support those people there. that said they always smell nice and have a well curated selection
