I See Me Tracking Order Status

Quality of the book- so well made!! Quick delivery and customer service responded immediately when I had a question. I’ve purchased at least 5 books (babies/toddlers) for gifts and the parents absolutely loved them, as well as the kids. I was told that at bedtime their children selected the books from I See Me as the ones they wanted to be read.

Best customer service ever!! I was so excited to order the “First Easter” book for my new grandson. FedEx really messed up and “supposedly” delivered the book to my front door-I was home all day, checked with neighbors, looked around various yards-not there!! I emailed iseeme customer service and explained my problem. Within 5 minutes my phone rang and it was a representative calling me!!! I only wish I remembered her name, so helpful. Easter was now 6 days away. She quickly offered to send me another book and did 2 day delivery. I was in shock-never have I received such pleasant service. Book arrived, although FedEx left it propped up on a busy roadside mail box. Good thing I arrived home shortly after, also FedEx again started that they left it on my front porch- not true! 5 stars Iseeme, 0 stars FedEx!

I am a special education instructor for the last 20 years. I can't tell you how many companies I have purchased books from over the years. This time I needed/wanted something very special for a special little person in my life. I did my research and decided to go with I See Me. I will say this I will not be purchasing any more books from them in the future. The book itself is nice, the illustrations beautiful the customer service thoroughly disappointing. They weren't willing to work with me when in a matter of hours I noticed 2 small misprints. They wanted to charge me an additional $20 bucks. I couldn't believe it and they wouldn't compromise. To charge over $40 bucks for 1 book then not be willing to work with your customer. They have lost my business and a ton of future business I know I could have brought via my parents, co-workers etc. It's been a very disappointing experience.

My son gifted me with a custom jigsaw puzzle (picture of us dancing at our wedding). Not only was the picture perfect, the puzzle pieces were sturdy and clearly cut. It is clear when pieces don't fit. My only request for future puzzles (and I hope I get some) is for a box that opens from the top so that the pieces can stay in the puzzle until put together. Currently I don't have any pets interested in chewing the pieces or knocking them off the table so I could dump all the pieces out and leave them out until the puzzle was complete but if I had a cat I would have had issues working on the puzzle without losing some pieces.

I HAD A BOOK MADE FOR MY 6-YEAR-OLD GRANDSON.HIS BOOK IS ADORABLE. THE BOOK IS PERSONALIZED WITH THE NAMES OF HIS IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS. lIKE I SAID THIS BOOK IS ADORABLE.
