ISDIN Tracking Order Status

Improvement after an appalling, profoundly clumsy ordering process as of today, 13 April 2023. I placed an order on the ISDIN US site on 31 March 2023 and paid for overnight shipping to have my order delivered to the address in the US I was visiting from 1-6 April (I live in Canada and ISDIN apparently does not have a Canadian outlet). They didn't bother to communicate or get this order out overnight by the time I was due to leave the US. I then filed a complaint with PayPal and sent ISDIN US an email directing them to cancel the order (tthree times, as it happens). ISDIN finally did communicate with me to let me know the items had not in fact been sent out despite the email saying it had. They refunded my full purchase, but it was such a faff that I think I will continue to order their products from elsewhere.

Sono affetto da decenni da periodica dermatite atopica alle mani. Ho avuto tempo quindi a provare decine e decine di rimedi. Tutti inutili. Con la ISDIN Nutratopic PRO-AMP crema corpo emolliente ho risolto il 90% del problema. Almeno il prurito (a volte davvero insopportabile) e sparito da quando ho iniziato ad usarla, qualche mese fa.
