iScooter Tracking Order Status

Bought an i9scooter from the iscooter website on a black friday deal. Bought originally for myself but my partner loved it so much I have gifted her with it and I have bought myself another scooter from iscooter. Amazing customer service. Very helpful. Reply to every question I had for them and I did have a few. Scooter arrived in time and within the specified delivery time. Everything was in the box and it was very easy to set up. Purchased an i9 scooter - best vehicle for commuting. Have been using it for a while and it is extremely convenient, reliable and gets you to your destination stress free - no traffic jams. It's made my life and work much better!! To top it off, customer support is extremely responsive, getting my questions/queries responded to within 24 hours

Customer service was very responsive and help. We own 5 scooters and have been very happy with our investment and the enjoyment it brings our family. We have a large age span and everyone enjoys riding.

I don’t even know where to start with these guys.I already posted at least two positive reviews with Iscooter. This company sent me a really bad ass machine! I mean this thing just lit up like a Christmas tree and it was smooth as butter. I bought a AOKDA A1. This scooter is like plug-in play. If you have a problem with one of your hardware items on your scooter.I’m talking about your headlight, brakes, side lighting, signals, brake light, battery, battery charger, etc. almost everything on my scooter is connected by a plug, electronically speaking.You disconnect it,you install the hardware and you plug it in. That’s it man no wiring. My other reviews were about the quality which is very high. There are some bad reviews about Customer Service or quality. After a while, I just looked at some YouTube videos on how to do stuff with it. It’s all in there 24 hours a day. I mean, you can learn how to change the brake pads, brake cylinders. I’ve never had a problem ordering a part for this. They went beyond good customer service. I had a problem with the headlight & I had to wait a while before I could light up at night.So they sent me a new headlight. Scooters are kind of tricky, but if you take care of them, they’ll last forever. So yeah, that’s all I really did. I just googled everything and I always found what I was looking for and I’ve always got what I needed. They’re there when you need them, but you gotta do a little bit of research and everything comes together really well online. Come on I’m not that mechanically inclined. But if you’re willing to look for it, you can get the size of the Allen wrenches, socket, etc. that you need and you can fix it. I thought about opening a garage just to help people that have scooters because they don’t know how they work on them properly. Heck I don’t know maybe I could start a helpline you know.So I’m posting a five star to them cause when I really needed them, they were there. Great scooter, great company. Happy scooting!
