iScooter Tracking Order Status

I ordered an iScooter They shipped it FedEx 2-5 day delivery & FedEx lost the shipment. I emailed their support department on the website and they contacted FedEx. Then they sent a replacement scooter within days. I received the scooter a few days later and love it. The customer service department was very helpful & always prompt on returning my emails. A month later the original lost shipment arrived at my house. I contacted customer service again to return & was told that I could keep it for all my patience & understanding throughout the entire process.

I purchased a H8 hover board and kart for my 10 year old son. Speedy delivery. Fantastic products and he loves it both with the kart and without. I had an issue with the hoverboard and customer services have been easy to contact and great at resolving the issue. Thanks 🙂

Bought an i9scooter from the iscooter website on a black friday deal. Bought originally for myself but my partner loved it so much I have gifted her with it and I have bought myself another scooter from iscooter. Amazing customer service. Very helpful. Reply to every question I had for them and I did have a few. Scooter arrived in time and within the specified delivery time. Everything was in the box and it was very easy to set up.
