I can only confirm everything that has been said in the last reviews. They did not send most of my items due to a technical issue but still haven‘t refunded my money since 3 weeks! I am waiting until the end of the week and then I will be getting my lawyer involved! I can‘t believe this is happening with a brand I thought to be trustworthy and prestigious. 31.07.24 update: I have now received my refund with a delay of about 4 weeks but at least I received it. I don‘t know what is going on with the website but I think normally this brand and website should be trustworthy.

I first had many concerns due to missing order confirmation. Poor information througout the delivery process. Goods finally arrived after 8 days, so no fraud, but a very poor, E-commerce service
