I had a wonderful experience with everything. The site is easy to use and trustworthy. The color match looks like my actual hair!! People don't notice when I'm wearing the extensions and they know my hair isn't long! That's how well it matched! The customer service is fantastic! Big shout-out to Nicole! The site got back to me immediately when I had one issue with a product. They were kind and resolved my problem as quickly as they could. I highly recommend trying them out! They are true to their word. The quality is amazing. I am definitely going to be a lifetime customer.

Irresistible me is an amazing product! The first set of extensions I received were the wrong color. There was a no hassle return policy at my new color was shipped out immediately. It’s a perfect match! Even better than the product was Emily, my customer service representative! She walked me through every step of the process, checked on me constantly, and was just is thrilled as I was when I received this amazing product.  The extensions are the perfect color, very sturdy, thick, full and luscious. I wear them nearly every day, and they just seem to look better each day they can be curled and washed to suit your mood best hair extensions I’ve ever purchased, and even better customer service! I wanted to try out extentions for a while and found this company randomly from an ad on Instagram. I was hesitant at first because while they are less expensive than other brands, it is still quite an investment. I went ahead and ordered the 14" natural black. I received them in less than a week, thankfully they have a sample on one end of the packaging to try. Turns out the natural black was too red/brown for me. I reached out to Customer Service, after verifying the extensions were sealed they assisted me with a return. I was about to purchase the jet black extension and they look sooo good. They blend in with my curls and not even my mom could tell I had clip ins. I can't wait to build on to my collection.

My order was everything I had hoped for. The extensions were of perfect quality and I had some problems with color matching but the customer service team was of great help! Can't recommend Irresistible Me enough :))))
