iRestore Laser (Freedom Laser Therapy) Tracking Order Status

Very good service

I returned a malfunctioning device. It is being replaced but it takes 5-7 days to send it out? Then it takes several days to arrive. While waiting to even hear a response from the company, I received various e mails or texts regarding purchasing other products. My disappointment is in the inordinate amount of time that it takes to replace an item and be heard. It also feels completely off putting to have advertisements for other items when you are waiting on the item that was already purchased, returned and delivery that is held up for weeks.

I was able to get a quick/easy replacement for my iRESTORE device that was no longer lighting up after about a year. I emailed iRESTORE explaining the problem, and was given the directions to return the device for a replacement. I am an older person without experience making videos, so I was able to bypass the request to show me using the device in order to demonstrate the problem. I very much appreciate the company's understanding, and I did follow all directions for returning the item. I believe I received a new one in less than a week. I had seen results from using the iRESTORE I had, and I definitely wanted to continue using it. I encourage others to watch Dr. Dray's review and "hotandflashy" review on YouTube, as they are both well-known and respected. BTW, all the people I dealt with at iRESTORE were very polite and helpful.
