Yo ya cancele mi suscripcion

Yo ya cancele mi suscripcion, porque me llego el cobro del mes de enero dos veces uno en mi tarjeta de credito y otro en la cuenta de Pay pal de mis esposo (ocupe su cuenta para hacer la primer compra), y hoy 26 de febrero estan intentando volcer a hacer el cobro a la cuenta de Pay pal, cuando en la información dice que es el 28 de cada mes, aunque ya como comente esta cancelada mi suscripción Que informacion adicional?

I subscribed to Ipsy's glam bag because I saw there was a promotion to receive a free full size gift for new members. The glam bags were alright but I received lots of similar products. I was subscribed for 3 months and received 3 blush palettes, 3 mini mascaras (one was dried out). After 3 months of being subscribed I also never received my free full size gift. After contacting ipsy they told me that because I was subscribed to receive the glam bag every two months instead of every month they "did not have a way to send me my gift" even though they had a way to bill me and mail me 3 glam bags. Update: after providing more information to an IPSY customer service rep they refunded me for the dried out mascara and have "made an exception" to send me the free gift. While my issues have been resolved it's unfortunate that it took me speaking to 3 different customer service reps and writing this public review for them to do right by their customers. I did ask multiple times for them to show me the policy where it says that bi-monthly subscribers aren't eligible for the free gift, I have yet to see this explicitly written anywhere.

Just to add, I responded to the request for additional information. Never heard from IPSY after that. In fact, I even placed yet another order, when the first two finally arrived. The last order did at least ship within the first couple of days but by ship, I mean a label was created. It then sat in limbo for a week or so, until DHL finally handed it off to USPS (yes, DHL🤦‍♀️). It was supposedly delivered today at 11am. When I got home, only a Dooney and Bourke package. Looked at the doorbell footage, no motion at 11am... I found the box at the vacant townhouse next door. Not IPSY's fault. Get the box inside, it looks pretty big... sounds.. pretty empty? It's my products alright, just in a giant box with about 5 SealedAir pillows thrown in. Soooo much headspace in that box! Nothing leaking, but the boxes and tiny little tube's are all thrown about and torn up. Oh... and what does A37B3 mean? Someone tell me. Because it's on a little "sign me" sticker stuck to one of my items. Look, I know warehouse jargon. Inventory, packing slips, yada yada, (which by the way, if you think these orders come with a packing slip, receipt, anything... they do not) I audit these environments all the time, as the Quality Assurance Manager for my company. Maybe the problem is me and I'm just being a perfectionist. I just feel like a company that's been around this long should have these things figured out🤷‍♀️ I recently tried IPSY for the second time. Previous BoxyCharm sub, circa 2009ish, I preferred Birchbox back then. Anyway... After checking them out briefly over the summer, I was inundated with marketing emails for months. On Black Friday, I decided to give it a go. Using the promo, I (thought I[!]) enrolled in the annual subscription for half price. Now... I could be wrong, but I know I checked different options multiple times, deciding I would go for it only because I wanted to pay for the WHOLE YEAR at once, and you can't beat half off. There was not a pop up or error message ANYWHERE saying that the annual sub didn't qualify for the promo. IPSY took it upon themselves to automatically apply the promo to a MONTHLY subscription, half off the first month only. Is it possible I overlooked it when I paid? Sure. Absolutely. Look, I didn't want another monthly subscription. I wanted to just pay all at once and be done. If the promo didn't apply, I probably would have just abandoned the whole thing. Customer Service, once I realized what was done after receiving the bag and checking my account for the missing razors, polite-ish; but useless. Now, mind you, I loved my first bag. I'm also a mega impulse shopper and had placed two additional orders by the time I contacted them, which I hadn't received yet. With the (first) issue remaining unresolved, (indefinitely I guess, since the implication from IPSY was this is just my fault, you know?... silly me!) I then was even more aware of the other issues. Our friend IPSY is INCREDIBLY slow. I mean... wow! I can't stress this enough here: If you are a typical online shopper and used to regular updates on the status of your order, getting it withing a couple days or even 7 to 10 on sites that aren't as established; IPSY is probably not for you. You will literally forget you even ordered things. In fact, I still get so many emails a day encouraging MORE purchases (5 Brands that You NEED in your life NOW) I have literally started a cart with items that I've already bought, forgetting I even ordered them at first because it's been so long (still waiting btw). Look, I don't run a business. Logistics is not my job. But in the age of e-commerce, and with a brand that's been around long enough (well before monthly subscription boxes really blew up) it's insane to me that ANY order, ANY site, from anywhere other than outside of the country, should take this long. We're not even talking about the subscription here, these are additional orders. Two of them, now.. just floating in the ether. Status updates? Forget it. Accurate estimates? No way. Why haven't I cancelled? I guess I'm just a procrastinator too! Perfect victim, it seems.

The price for boxycharm keeps going up

The price for boxycharm keeps going up, but the selections aren't great. Before ipsy took over the products we're so much better. The choices we get now are not near as good. I also used to get my box by the 2nd week of the month, but now I get it closer to the end of the month. Boxycharm has really gone downhill since Ipsy took over.
