IPOWER Tracking Order Status

After 3 days of trying to resolve a SSL issue via their chat "support" it is still not resolved. Each day they say the SSL has been applied to the domain and will take anywhere from 0 to 12 hours to activate. I don't even think it's a human on the other end of the chat. Responses are the same each day ... same wording etc. I've been working on websites for 12 years, and this is the ABSOLUTE WORST service i've EVER experienced.

ipower support is a total failure. Very slow, unresponsive, they keep promising fast action while nothing in fact is being done. For 5 days I have been hearing the same promises that the support team are working on upgrading my VPS to Centos7. I have contacted their support every single day, and nothing has been done. Total and absolute failure. You will lose time, effort and money, and your business will be negatively affected. Stay away from this company.

The absolute worst customer service on the planet can be found at iPower. Chatting is the only way they support their clients. And their support specialists are lacking in expertise, professionalism and overall knowledge of anything related to their services. After nearly three hours of trying to reset a password, we are still being told the same exact things- make sure our email is whitelisted, check the spam folder and make sure you refresh your screen. Three hours to change a password? Can you imaging how long you would be expected to wait to activate 2FA?

1st representative was frustrating and said I would be contacted in 24 hours. 2d representative I spoke to disconnected me. The 3d representative took care of my problem quickly

I own many and this is first for this brand so far so good I would recommend to any grower small or large.
