IOScout WW Tracking Order Status

Worst platform ever! A lot of defects and no customer suport! 1. Data base is very poor and way out of date. 2. On product finder can't tick more than one category. 3. Some categories show no results at all. 4. some filters don't work, for ex as soon as you type a number on ''Stars Rating'' the search shows no results. 5. Keyword founder doesn't work properly, if I type more than 2 words no results. 6. Messaged customer suport 2 days ago and no answer. The response rate is a few hours as they say. 7. THERE IS NO UNSUBSCRIPTION OPTION IN SETTINGS! People please make your research before subscribing to any platform like that.

I am using this service since a month. I must say..that their service is not good and does not really give you great performance for amazon seller. Their only good thing is maybe the product finder... but other tools on the market perform allot better. THE WORST THING.... i want to cancel my subscrition..and in the backend..there is no Option... REDFLAG. So i have to email their customer support... since over 24H no reply... next RED FLAG.... so i tried on facebook... now my anger is so big..i want to warn other amazon seller... on this product. Also..their screenshot of trustpilot on their website does not match the reviews here on Trustpilot... either there were all deleted... due to fake accounts... or they simply are not what they claim. But from a business partner perspective..they are very unrealiable. HANDS OFF!

not working for the UK market, can't find a lot of products! I can't even get through customer service, while IO Scout is claiming "reply in few hours". Will ask them to cancel my subscription! People be aware! Don't trap in their price !!

I used IO Scout before, then I had to refund according to the promised guarantee because I was having problems with my Amazon account. But now I have solved the Amazon issue and renewed the 1 year IO Scout subscription. I believe these are excellent tools for Amazon sellers. Their price and quality suited me perfectly, thank you!
