Socks develop holes after the first use. They did replace a couple of pairs but no where near the amount of ones I bought (6 pairs, 5 pairs decoupled holes in the first use) Emailed on Aug 26th 2022. They keep text marketing you even though I reply Stop every time, but they keep coming which is the reason I decided to write this review.

They will send you the wrong size and refuse to exchange them- customer service is so rude, their game is not to answer any emails about an exchange to the correct size, send whatever they have in stock, and then say they never received your email for an exchange within 30 days, they are liars, and I do not expect them to be in business long. Really cannot exchange a pair of socks

Despite texting “stop” to their texts, and emailing them several times asking them to stop sending me promotional text messages, they refuse to stop sending them. I’ve reported them to the BBB and they couldn’t even be bothered to respond to the complaint. I’ve been harassed and they refuse to stop. My next step will be to retain legal counsel to determine how best to deal with this HARASSMENT.

The socks are nothing special, and they won't stop texting me. I've replied "stop" to their texts repeatedly and they just will not stop. It's super annoying. Gotten so bad I've decided to make a review. If you see this please stop, I don't want your socks lol

These socks do not stay on your foot. There one year guarantee is useless. They claim the guarantee is for holes or damage. A sock that does not stay on your foot should be considered damaged. I followed the companies advice and washed and dried the socks before use. None of the 9 pair are wearable after six months.
