I very often shop with In The Style, on this rare occassion, I had an issue with receiving only a partial refund for an order, I spoke to Ariana who was super helpful and issued the full refund straight away. Great customer service, the willingness and speed to help was very much appreciated.

I have ordered a lot from In The Style over the years, but they seem to have gone downhill recently. The orders I have placed recently, all end up having at least one item that is out of stock when they go to send it. I don't understand why there isn't an accurate stock count on the website so that only the amount of items available can be ordered, instead of allowing people to continue ordering and taking customers' money before then saying that it's not in stock. Such an awful way to do it and trying to get a response on the live chat is a mission in itself!
