Interpunk Tracking Order Status

Placed an order for several items that were all listed as being in stock. Since then, some items are listed as unable to order, some are still showing as in stock, yet my order status has all items as "on order (expected in stock soon)" There has been no response to messages sent to clarify the issue. A few weeks later my card information has been used on various websites to obtain close to $3000 worth of stock. After searching online I can see many other people have had the same experience. Currently attempting to get all charges reversed with my bank. Absolute scam. Not sure how this guy hasn't been arrested yet.

I would give them a 0 star if possible. Scam artist that don't ship out orders. Just read all their other reviews all over the internet.

Fraudulent website. Avoid at all costs. They take your money. Don't send items. Don't answer messages. Going to PayPal to report their fake website and get a refund.

Still waiting for my order since 4 months and no news from them after 6 e-mails. Don’t buy there anymore. It seems they just cash in and don’t bother with any orders from what I’vecread around.

My label (Black Hole Records) has been selling through Interpunk for several years. They are always quick to respond to my questions and concerns, and quick to send out a check when I request it. I have only made one purchase through Interpunk, but it arrived swiftly and with no problems.
