Intermix Tracking Order Status

I bought a dress for my wedding at Nordstrom and then looked online and found it at Intermix for $200 less than I paid. I immediately bought the dress so I could return the the other one. After I placed the order, I read the reviews here and was scared I made a big mistake and would lose money. However the dress arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered! Maybe I was lucky but I have zero complaints!

I order from Intermix online all the time and really love their inventory. I’m leaving two stars because of their exchange/return policies and procedure. For the kind of money people spend on their high quality items, Intermix should provide top notch customer service, including easy exchanges and returns. Comparable sites, like Revolve, come with a return label in the box. (All I’ve ever needed to do with Revolve in order to exchange/return is mark preferences on a form included in the box, stick the label on, and done!). However, Intermix requires you to enter returns online, print the form, and then print and tape on the return label. This was tough considering I don’t have a printer at home. Annoying. What is more is that Intermix apparently doesn’t allow any exchanges. Instead, if you want to exchange something, you must go through the above referenced return procedure and then purchase again whatever item you want as the replacement. To make matter worse, the last time I wanted to exchange something, I purchased the item during a sale. When I returned it and had to buy the replacement in a different size, it was no longer on sale. So I went through all of that hassle for the same item at a higher cost. This all gives the impression that Intermix doesn’t care much about their customers, or at least not as much as other comparable websites. Disappointing and I hope this and similar reviews inspire them to evolve. I’m certainly less inclined to shop with them after these experiences.

I recently made an online purchase since my local store was closed due to COVID. I already know my designer's sizing so trying on was not as much of an issue as it would normally be. My order arrived about one week later than originally stated, but all else was up to expectations. I understand during this time shipping may be delayed, but the company should say so on it's website when placing the order to set realistic expectations.

So far I'm very unhappy. I ordered 4 shirts during their sale. Only two arrived, but the packing slip showed all 4 shirts shipped. I want what I paid for. Now they are telling me they will have a response for me in 8-12 days. What response? Just send me what I paid for. If this gets resolved appropriately, I will update my review. Update...Since my original review, I have had several other issues. My first issue was taken care of. The missing shirts were finally sent out. I had another order that was just sitting in, "processing" for weeks. When I emailed to find out what was going on, they said my credit card payment didn't go through. That wasn't correct, as it had. Moments after I sent the email, my order was ready to ship out. On my third and final order, I placed an order for 4 shirts. Only ONE shirt arrived. Customer service send me the two of the three missing shirts, but the fourth was out of stock. While they fixed all of the issues, it was ridiculous that out of the three orders I placed, all three were messed up.

Ordered a top that was on sale using a visa prepaid gift card I got as a present. They emailed me saying they couldn’t find the item I purchased so they refunded the amount on my card- only problem was I had used the entire amount on the gift card and had already discarded it. I called them and corporate said they don’t issue store credit. I have never shopped at a store where they don’t honor store credit. Basically they called me back and said I’d have to call the company that issued my already discarded gift card. Ok.... I had a similar experience with Nordstrom but their customer service was leaps and bounds better and they were able to accommodate me.
