I purchased the sexy Ettore Sottsass Mirror and it arrived well packaged with no damage AND in a timely manner! All contact with Interior Icons has been easy and well managed.. I’m now definitely buying one of their gorgeous Sofas!! Michelle

The website is well constructed and easy to navigate. Product offerings were above expectation and my order was processed in a timely manner.

This is my second review for this company; on my first review I gave them 5 stars because: I ordered two chairs from them and one came in with a crack in it. I contacted them about this and they requested I send them pictures which I did and promptly told me they would send me a replacement chair which they did. Great! I decided I wanted a Cherner chair (very similar to Norman Cherner chair) so I started searching the internet for Cherner chairs and found some for $125 - $150…from China. Interior Icons had their Cherner chair price reduced for sale for $329. I decided to buy Interior Icons chair since it was made in their own factory per their website: “By creating our products in our own factory, we’re able to keep prices low and maintain stringent quality control. Our policy against outsourcing is one of the key reasons we’re able to offer a 10-year warranty on every product we offer.”. Their website showed pictures of “skilled artisans” making furniture in a shop (not to be judgmental, but the guy looked western). So I drove home today and there in front of my garage door was a cardboard box that had been delivered that boldly said chair on it and also MADE IN CHINA!?!!??! Well, maybe Interior Icons has a factory in China with westerners working in it. Just a FYI for you to consider.

I ordered two chairs from Interior Icons, and arrived soon after the order was placed. I immediately began using one chair and set the other chair aside for a few days; when I came back to it I noticed a large crack on the backside that I previously overlooked. I contacted Interior Icons and we concurred that it was probably done during shipping. After I sent them pictures, a short time later they committed to sending me a new chair. 5 Star customer support!
