Interior Define Tracking Order Status

We love our new sofa--it is exactly what we wanted. Which was not an easy assignment! ID was the only vendor I found where I could get 1) a classic midcentury style, in 2) a plush and also cat scratch-resistant fabric and 3) a color that complemented our existing room, with 4) cushions that would not need frequent fluffing, and 5) an extra-deep seat (we are emphatically curl-up rather than sit-up couch people). This would be a 5-star review if the delivery service were not so frustrating. There was one window (i.e., ONE DAY) per month when the sofa could be delivered; the first possible delivery date fell on a day we were out of town. The next month, we got a call on the scheduled delivery day (a Monday) saying that there was a contractor issue and the sofa would not in fact be delivered. It ultimately arrived that Friday.

Our sectional was delivered 2 months early! I loved the email updates from order until delivery - much better experience than my previous ones with the company. Can't wait to order our next piece!

I love the look and feel of the sectional. The velvet material is very easy to clean. The only down side I’ve noticed after having the couch for almost a year is that it is stuffed with feathers and sometimes the feathers poke through the material of the couch which feels like a little needle when it hits your skin. And my kids like to pull the little feather out. Otherwise it’s a great sofa. They may need to fill it with a different material.

Was able to custom order the love seat that was the right size, shape, style, and fabric that I wanted. The wait was 3 months but worth it... and they updated me on progress all along the way.

At first, I was a bit skeptical ordering furniture sight unseen, however I was beyond satisfied once I received my delivery. The quality and look of my couch was well worth the wait. I would definitely recommend and purchase from ID again!
