INTELLIbed Tracking Order Status

This is third swap on firm from Mattress Firm. Tried Beautyrest Silver x firm ( lumpy), Sealy Ortho Ultra firm ( too hot and hard) and this $8000 mattress. Once settled into bed, is “firm” but with two people, the challenge in changing positions lends to frequent awakenings. Also bed does not cool! I truly prefer the Beauty rest sleep quality and cooling even tho it leaves ridge down center.

First bed I got sagged from a manufacturing defect. I knew because my parents have an intellibed that they love and it felt way better than mine, but the customer support was great and replaced it with a new version that is excellent. We very much enjoy it and sleep great on it. The bed is very comfortable and allows us to fall back asleep fast after each time a baby or other incessant tyke wakes us. Very helpful for young parents, and mental stability...

An absolute amazing mattress! More comfortable than all the other many mattresses we’ve owned. Love the 20-year warranty and the delightful customer-service personnel. We’ve had ours now 4 years and it’s as comfortable today as it was when we bought it. No sag, still soft and firm as advertised.

I love my Intellibed! I have had my Matrix Grand for over a year now, and have come to dread travel as it means I won't be able to sleep on my own bed. The bed has absolutely lived up to my expectations and I have been sleeping better and deeper since getting my Intellibed. I highly recommend this product!
