Ok, so all these so called 1 star reviews are complete B.S. And I'll lay this all out. First off, all those reviews are complaining about "I forgot to cancel my membership." So what? You're gonna go cry about it? Check this out... Intelius temporarily suspended my account because they thought I was scraping profiles to gather data. I wasn't, what I was doing is learning the ins and outs about the program. So take this review by someone who studied just about everything that program provided. Intelius is legit and I'll tell you why... First off, the price. Are you freaking kidding me? How are you going to complain about a service that is unlimited!? Ok but that's not the best part... if you go search for any person you have no idea the power behind this software! It can take up to 30 seconds to load the profile but do you know why? Because it's doing its Job! Other places you are going to pay for load nice and fast because they are not pulling the data from enough sources. Look, I could go into details about how awesome this service is but no one has time to go through an entire book. If you want a service that is really unlimited and can also do it's job! Look no further. You won't be disappointed because all of those 1 star cry babies has less memory than the TBI person writing this review. All you babies grow up!

Service was great. Customer service was superb! Info was in depth and up-to-date. It is a subscription service though. So keep that in mind after you have acquired your info. I will definitely use Intelius again in the future.

I had Covid in December 2021. I did not check my bill I just paid it. I did the same on November 2021. I spoke with Phyllis at Intellius. She was very helpful with my problem of wanting to cancel the subscription. Thank you!

Good app. Its a bit pricey.
