Insync Bikes UK Tracking Order Status

I have not had contact with the insync company but I had one of their e-bikes for 5 years and have never had a problem with it

I made enquiries which you could have ignored but you dealt it so well, great communication, great service and hugely helpful, thank you so much .

I purchased the 20 inch hybrid about a year ago and it was an incredible value for money bike. Great performance at a great price. Due to an accident the derailleur got mangled and I needed to source a replacement. Insync were very responsive in helping me get the part and get the bike back up and running very quickly. Very impressive.

Great customer service, prompt resolution. Provided replacement item.
