Hatte eine insta 460x4 bestellt und diese sollte mit FedEx geliefert werden. Wie FedEx nun mal ist, ist das Paket NATÜRLICH verloren gegangen. Was auch sonst. Am selben Tag war’s im Nachbarort auf Kleinanzeigen. Ein Schelm wer Böses denkt. Nun, insta360 kann da sicher nichts für. Also gewartet, ob sich der paketstatus doch noch ändert. Habe Gott sei dank mit Paypal 30tage bezahlt, man weiß ja nie. Also meldet sich inst360 nach paar Tagen, und fragt ob ich das Paket erhalten habe, weil bei FedEx seit paar Tagen “verspätet” steht. (FedEx hat mich vorher schon angerufen und ich habe einen Fall bei FedEx eröffnet, der noch am Laufen war.) Bei insta also schnell die Lage geschildert und wirklich!!! sofort!!! hat sich Suki aus dem insta360 Team drum gekümmert. Long story short: hatte zwei Tage später das Geld auf Paypal bekommen, und die noch offene Zahlung wurde gecancelt. SUPER SERVICE!!. Dennoch, bestellt auf Amazon, wegen der 24Monate Gewährleistung.

Terrible customer service. They don’t honor what’s written in their policy and in 2 cases did I have to escalate the issue with my bank. The first was a return for a product I didn’t even open. They refunded me only 80% of what I paid stating that certain fees were not refundable. Second case I got a defective camera (one of the buttons didn’t work). It took 1 month of emailing before they asked me to send it back but making me pay for return shipping. Escalated that since they are saying that I caused the damage and refuse to refund me.

I bought an x3 360 one year ago. Great camera, robust and provides fantastic footage for editing. The protruding lenses are susceptible to damage, but hey, you can see what you are buying before parting with cash, so all the moans about that are just wind and pish from folk who don't look after their gear. That said, I was a dick and bust one of the lenses. Insta couldn't repair it so replaced with a brand new camera for only the cost of the repair, minus 10%. Great customer service. Good comms and turnaround from me sending it to HK from UK, was 10 days.
