The first time I encountered the theft of my patterns. I found a store on the inspireuplift website that was selling my patterns by another person. 94 my crochet toy patterns!!! I understand that this person stole these patterns from my other store on another site. I contacted support and got immediate help. All stolen patterns have been removed! I am very satisfied with the support service. Thank you very much!

I bought several machine embroidery designs. One of the designs I bought was not completely digitized. I notified Holly and she apologized and gave me the sellers email. Seller did not respond. I sent Holly pictures of the design. She kept following up with me and refunded my money.
