I had to pay upfront. They didn't even ask about going through his insurance, of which he is in network. Now they won't even help me pay for it. Otherwise, it is very helpful. I couldn't push him in a wheelchair and control the cylinders. So, this is working fine.

Love my Inogen! It allows me to be mobile and be active away from home. It’s light to carry and easy to change the battery after 3-4 hours of use. My best friend.
