InMotion Hosting Tracking Order Status

This company has excellent work ethic, walkways available and willing to help by all means.

They used to be good; I have been a customer for over 5 years and issues were previously resolved in a satisfactory approach. However, this time, I am seeing daily outages (caused by other sites on the same server) and all I get is meaningless and inane platitudes and no action in fully resolving the issue. Therefore, I no longer recommend them. They seem only too happy to take your money, but then fail to supply a reliable service. In the past they used to guarantee a 99.9% uptime for all service levels offered, and lo and behold they no longer offer this (I wonder why; because they are failing to meet the level of availability they used to guarantee). The 99.9% uptime guarantee is now only available on their Pro offerings. I will not be renewing my contract with them as I get better uptime when running my own physical severs on my own internet connections! UPDATE: More outages, still happening daily and still waiting for them to move my site to a new server...

One of the best hosting companies out there! I left for a while and went to a different company and ended up coming back to InMotion Hosting. Technical support is always great. Agents are friendly and knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond to resolve any issues I have had. Not sure where all of the hate is coming from with some of the reviews on here, because my experience has been top notch!

I switched to InMotion sometime now, as I was truly unhappy with my old hosting. I am not going to expose the other company, not how I function. I was instantly blown away by InMotion, initially thought it was due to me being a new customer. But it has been around 3 years now, and still, the willingness to help and the friendly nature of the guys that I get through to has not died off. This can only imply that InMotion has this in its DNA. I would highly recommend them. Also, I am an old man now, and this is the second review I have ever done. Must be saying something right?
