Inkfarm Tracking Order Status

商品はかなり説明通りでした。要はサービスが行き届いていて、コミュニケーションに誠意が感じられました。価格も他のショップと比較して非常に安かったです。家庭で印刷する分には、十分な品質だと思います。この水準を維持してくれば、定期的に購入すると思います。前にも他のものを買ったことがありますが、効果はあまりよくありません。しかし、今回買ったものは今のところ問題がありません。このままずっといてほしい。もう少し質が良ければ、よかったのですが。他の人にも購入を勧められると思います。

So far from order I put in Yesterday (Sunday the 20th). No email or saying when it will ship, Phone service is terrible, no one there bothers to answer phone and the voice mail box is full ( 4 attempts). I recommend avoiding this company with lousy service like this, though they did accept my money from paypal, Maybe they are just crooks and scam artists, seems that way so far. Update, they finally did answer an email, but don't waste time trying to call them. Update: I did receive the order. and they did provde tracking information. Still leery ordering again if cannot contact by phone if something goes wrong

I enjoy ordering from inkfarm when I need ink. I order 2 of each color of ink for my Espson Printer. I tell all of Family and Friends about Inkfarm Inks. I am hoping and praying they are ordering there ink from you. Thanks Clara

I've been using InkFarm for the past 3 or 4 years, and have never had any problem with the product. Seems to work just like the cartridges made by the printer manufacturer, but WAY cheaper. I had always ordered online, and had never dealt with customer service. I'm now replacing my printer and so will need different cartridges for the new printer. I couldn't find the product number on their website, so I called customer service. First, I didn't press any numbers to speak to a representative. I was on hold for a few minutes, but then somebody picked up and didn't have to transfer me to anybody else to get my questions answered. She was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Then, SHE OFFERED TO SEND ME A RETURN LABEL SO I COULD RETURN THE UNUSED CARTRIDGES FROM MY OLD PRINTER and they'll issue me a refund! BAM! That's how to do customer service! Could they please hold a training session for every other business in the world to show them how that works? Because NOBODY else seems to understand that. Signed, Customer for Life.
