INH Hair Tracking Order Status

Kinda disappointed when I was suggested to get the ginger hair color from the rep, after sending a picture of my hair. I received it and it way too light for my hair to blend.

I recently purchased the Molly ponytail, and I’m extremely disappointed. It tangled so fast. I am unable to brush out the tangles, because the pony will loose it’s texture. I was only able to get one wear out of this ponytail. Extremely disappointing.

I don't recommend honestly. I got matched wrong twice, and you have to pay for shipping each time. The hair isn't great quality and looks super fake. I'm really bummed at the trouble it has been to get accurately matched. Not even sure if it's worth returning this second one since shipping returns aren't covered. Definitely not worth it unless you have hella money to spend. Jaslyn Oberoi is my order name if INH wants to reach out to fix this crappy experience.

Received my bun and color was not what I expected. Had no way of contacting to try to exchange. ☹️

I bought a new bun because I previously had one in another colour and I loved it. I dyed my hair so I couldn’t use it anymore. When it came, it did not match my hair at all. It’s sealed with a sticker saying "If you open me, I’m yours forever.“ Therefore, seeing the sticker on previous purchases, I thought I would have the opportunity to return it if the hair colour was not right. Really disappointed in finding that their return policy prohibits returns even if unopened. I felt that they tricked me by putting the sticker on all of their items even if they cannot be returned. I was a huge fan of INH but will no longer be purchasing from them going forward. The international shipping speed sucks too and they charge way too much for it! Not worth it!!
