The whole week ran really smoothly from the flights and transfers through to the hotel stay and general resort experience. The staff were really helpful and friendly and so accommodating to any requests. The food at the hotel was very good with buffet breakfast hot and cold items and a different 3 course meal for dinner each day with veggie options, and vouchers for use in the restaurant next door if you did not like the main option. The hotel was very quiet and comfy, basic interior decor but all the essentials were there. Location great right next to the lifts, and a fun apres bar with live music and different bands each day. We loved it. Even when our flights were changed due to bad weather at the departure airport is was not long until we were back on a bus and on our way again. I would def go with Inghams again, thank you all!

Just uplifted my original 1 star rating as Inghams phoned and offered to refund my lift passes so I can purchase the Epic Local pass directly (They do not offer this, but I have suggested they should). Just booked a trip to Whistler with Inghams and got ripped off buying a ski pass from them. Turns out this is a 10 day Whistler Day pass, which is good only at Whistler and includes no benefits, it’s bad enough that buying direct would have saved me £65 at current exchange rates (It’s sold in CAD) but far worse that for the same price, I could have purchased an Epic Local pass from Vail Resorts direct and got 10 days combined at Whistler plus two other resorts, plus unlimited skiing at numerous other resorts plus 5 days at each of other resorts in Switzerland, Japan etc. plus food and drinks discounts plus optional buddy tickets plus summer access to the gondola that links Whistler and Blackcomb. I assumed I was being sold an Epic Local pass as this would be the logical choice for my trip.

My family (18) have just returned for Les Arcs first time with Inghams. We booked in June 2022 via an agent (Skiline)that we have used many times before. It was chaos from day one and I'm not sure whose fault. The group was split between 3 reference nos.3 different check in websites. A random 11 was part of a charter, all seats booked. 6 were booked scheduled with 1 on a completely separate booking and ref. no. and were told they had to pay for seats. One child was booked as travelling alone and one was booked as a child but was classified as an adult. So lots of stress at airport and before we even got there. Hotel L'Aguille - No food on arrival after 12 hour journey. Breakfast was a bun fight with no crockery or cutlery. Arguments in the restaurant. On last night no food as they randomly closed the restaurant 30 mins early. We should get a refund for two nights with no food. A couple of bright notes, a wonderful rep who tried to sort us and a great position for hotel. Complained to Skiline and Inghams before we went and to rep and hotel throughout. Without your rep Danielle you would have got a terrible review. Don't lose her. We have been skiing for around 25 years as a family and have been to Les Arcs 5 times. Rarely speak to anyone as we know our way around but this year was very different.

Just got back from a week skiing, staying in Hotel Ducs du Savoie, Val d'Isere. The Inghams staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing, so courteous and helpful. The food was equally superb and the gluten free options were the best I have ever experienced. Thank you Inghams !

All good after a long time in the making - initially booked in 2018 for 2020 then we had all the covid nonsense!! Hotel magic massana in Andorra is great. Not normally a fan of inclusive food packages but breakfast and evening meal all really good. Irish pub in hotel also great. Only slight downside is the fitness centre with no weights but pool and sauna/spa are very good. If you were after apres ski partying the local area probably not for you but for families/folks looking for a few very reasonably priced beers after tea watching the football on telly the hotel pub is perfect. All transfers and interactions with Inghams reps etc pretty much faultless. Enjoyed the skiing, plenty of blue and red runs to keep intermediate skiers interested.
