Industry West Tracking Order Status

Absolutely awful customer service. I received a dining table missing parts but with an extra table top (how???). I had to beg customer service to even talk to me because it had been purchased from their warehouse site (no customer service). I spent 4 hours trying to resolve the problem and yet 3 days later nothing has changed.

I am an interior designer. I ordered chairs for a design client. My client was notified by a rep they would need further verification, which we provided them with. After 3 days of emailing Industry West daily to check to status and no response we canceled the order. I have never received such poor customer service in my entire life.

Ordered a side table but it was taking forever to deliver so I cancelled the order. Confirmed refund with their customer service but they never refunded me. Shady company.

Best quality counter stool with a reasonable price as well. Great customer service they really went the extra mile for me. The stool I bought is elegant and I am proud to have that in my house. Sturdy construction was important to me. I just got delivery on my second chair and it arrived in excellent condition and at the expected time. I am happy with my purchase and their customer service.

I have placed three different orders with Industry West throughout this summer (Outo, Delta and Nomad chairs). All arrived much faster than anticipated and were of great quality. They were packaged well so they arrived in perfect condition. Among other items I’ve ordered this year, this company gets the best marks for packaging and quality of products.
