They used to be an ok company you would eventually get your stuff, that's the only reason I gave them the extra star. I purchased an order from this company in January of 2022, they kept promising it was coming for 5 months and finally I gave up and ask for a refund they tried to sell me some products that they had in stock and give me some sort of bonus I told them to forget about it and send me the refund that was a month ago, they really truly are a terrible company by somewhere else. I'm going to be forced to do a credit card charge back. If they fix this problem I will consider changing my review.

Indoorgrowingcanada has great customer service for communicating why your order has not been shipped.. I ordered something which was listed to be "in stock". It's now been 16 weeks later, indoorgrowingcanada still has the product listed as "in-stock" but the company still do not have the items in their hands to ship it out... I've been told 3 times that for sure 3-4 weeks and they will have the stuff they are selling... asked for a refund... they said sure... instore credit and it will take about 4 weeks to process the refund... I would not recommend this company anymore! Selling things they don't even have!!! I'm still waiting on my order.. The company gave me a 15% off discount code for my troubles.. I'm not really interested in using it... the stuff I'd order more than likely will not be available, tho listed as "instock".. Very disappointed.. they were great once.

I am very happy with the service I received from indoor growing Canada. The website was easy to navigate and had lots of useful information. I was able to find exactly what I wanted. After ordering I got an email with delivery info and was shipped next day and arrived via puralator . My order was packaged with care and arrived safe.
