Incredibledirect Tracking Order Status

I recently bought the lightning earphones, great product and great service.

I bought the lightning headphones for my iPad and they worked great 👍

My plug-in doorbell stopped working I was so mad at Incredibledirect. The support team was useless. Incredibledirect gave me a full refund and a free replacement but it turns out the issue was my fuse box not the doorbell. I offered to send the replacement back but the support team insisted I should keep it. I apologise and thank you

Placed an order for the first time with this company on the 26th June 2022 paying for P&P with a delivery of 3-5 days. Emailed support on the 6th July & 11th July asking for an update, had no communication since confirmation of order placed. Please either just refund or let me know if the item is out of stock so I can order elsewhere. 17.22 - 15/07/22 Had a phone call a full refund & item to be posted out today. Should arrive within 2 days. 19/07/22 True to their word doorbell received today, just waiting for refund via paypal Many thanks

I purchased some travel plugs for holiday. Never delivered. Emailed support who twice said it was YODELs fault and they were chasing up. Emailed 4 more times, for refund, all of which have been ignored. Posted a bad review on here, then the company director gave me a call apologising for lack of customer service. Refunded me, as plugs had sold out and comped me a set of headphones. Nice to see a company identifying a mistake and putting it right. Will recommend these guys and use them again. Thanks Richard.
