Incontinence Choice Tracking Order Status

The website and ordering process is easy and straightforward. However, Incontinence Choice are totally let down by their delivery partner - Evri. My elderly mum has a subscription for certain products to be delivered monthly, but Evri constantly push back the delivery date. Every day a message is received saying we will deliver your package today, and then by mid afternoon another message comes from Evri saying sorry we couldn't deliver today we will try again on the next working day. We are now on day 4 awaiting the goods my mother needs. I have now had to place an order with Amazon for the goods to arrive tomorrow! Incontinence Choice please change your delivery partner (Evri) to another organisation who can actually deliver orders when they say they should be delivered. If this continues I will cancel my mum's subscription with you and choose another organisation that can deliver when they say they will!

Absolutely brilliant service ordering on website to dispatch EVERY TIME. Very prompt. But totally let down by Evri. They have order say they are delivering it,then say it's delivered ready for pick up then say they can't deliver,then say will deliver the next day then don't try to deliver so you end up waiting days and days for your order. This has happened last 3 orders. This is why you lost a star.

Im upgrading my experience from a 1 star to a five star. I th9ught one of the pull up pants had weak elastic. So i put a bad review. Inc choice customer service manager called me and said maybe 9 need a smaller size. She asked me to measure my waist and she would send me a sample I received the sample and she was right. I was a smaller size. Yesterday i placed a big order and it arrived today. So they do have staff working at weekends. Im well impressed. Well Done. Cant remember date i complained

What a fantastic company. Easy to use website. Great choice of products, great prices too. Very quick dispatch and delivery. I can't recommend them highly enough!! We have been using them for a while now and Mum has no worries at all. So many thanks to you all!!
