Inateck Tracking Order Status

Der bestelte Artikel (USB-Hub) wurde gemäß Widerrufsrecht am 02.01.2023 zurückgeschickt und dies entsprechend per Mail angekündigt. Im Abstand von jeweils ca. 1 Woche wurde zweimal per Mail auf den Vorgang hingewiesen und um Erstattung des Kaufpreises gebeten. Bis heute (20.01.2023) reagiert die Firma nicht auf die Mails und hat auch bisher den Kaufpreis nicht erstattet. Hier ist ein Stern schon zuviel - es müssten 5 Sterne abgezogen werden.

I ordered a "garment" rack. When I finally got my son to come and put it together for me, he started and one part was broken off---I got ahold of the company and chatted back and forth with Isa, she was EXTREMELY nice and so helpful!! I not only received the part that was broken, I received a whole new rack---No complaints here about Inatec!!

Ordered a laptop sleeve (Edgekeeper) and a USB-C hub. The hub is working great, and the sleeve is nice but the small accessory pouch that comes with the sleeve was missing. I contacted customer support which was extremely helpful and accommodating.

I purchased a USB C charger a couple years back which works great. Now I'm moving from the UK to the EU but had lost my EU plug for the charger so I contacted customer support. They were super helpful and agreed to send me a replacement plug with zero hassle!
