I have used this company for 2 years in a row. Shame on me. I would NEVER recommend them for bulk or time sensitive large orders. Year one, I ordered $1600 worth of merchandise for my company to sell at an event. I ordered one month in advance and according to the site there was plenty wiggle room for delivery. I received no less than 5 calls and 12 emails from the company about out of stock items. How can that be? Well their system isn’t set up to identify out of stock items so it lets you put them in your cart and check out. It maybe 2 or 3 days…or get this - even 3 weeks after you place your order - that you are still getting emails about out of stock. After being on the phone several times, I got my first order. I should have quit then right? Nope this year I checked their site for costs and delivery times. I had several days wiggle room so figured I’ll stay on track and communicate with them it will be fine. But this year I said let me get my staff t-shorts and other merchandise from someplace else (THANKG GOD)! I placed my order on 8/25 spent over $600. The next day I started getting emails that stuff was out of stock. So you get an email then have to log in, read the message and reply, wait for them to reply back and on an on…Oh they call you but when you answer the phone disconnects 😂 what a joke. So you have to call them back and speak to somebody different every time. I ended up getting an email that about 10 size and color variations were out of stock. They offered an alternative and wanted to charge me an UPCHARGE. The alternative was that thick uncomfortable t-shirt so I selected a different (and even cheaper) alternative for each one. In the interest of time and seeing how this company rolls I even selected a 2nd alternative. They responded…WAIT FOR IT and said I had to pay for a proof. NOTE: the original order did not require a proof. So now I have to pay for a proof because they are out of stock😂 So after back and forth on these tickets online and a ton of calls that disconnect when I answer - yet mysteriously if I don’t answer they leave a message, I get on the phone the first week of September and spend ONE HOUR while I’m working sorting this all out. The guy tells me everything is fine and they will move to processing my order. Oh yeah they don’t partial. So none of my shorts are processing up to this point. I think OK that call was worth it that guy was nice we are good. Then a few days late I get yet ANOTHER email. Yep another 2 size/color combinations are out of stock. I call and another guy says well you didn’t pay for expedited those delivery times are just estimates. After this I get two more messages about out of stock. I finally respond, cancel any out of stock and proceed - thinking I should still get it in time. As a repeat customer surely they’ll expedite my order right? Well I needed the order by 9/16. Original delivery estimate was 9/13. I get a call 9/12 about more out of stock. So let me review for you - I just counted 8 calls and 18 text/email messages about this order. At that point I SHOULD HAVE said cancel it. But I still held out hope they’d do the right thing. On 9/13 I realized, I don’t have a shipping notice or any updates I’m not getting this order by Friday. So I go on Rush Order Tees and spend an extra $300 in shipping. It’s not ideal but I got my shirts 9/15. Not ONE out of stock. They are slightly more expensive but stop trying to save a couple bucks the SERVICE was worth it. I even called and spoke to a human who was very empathetic and assured me that if anything was out of stock I would know within an hour of ordering. Also assured me that barring a natural disaster I had NOTHING to worry about. Ha by the way, I finally got my shipping notice from Imprint.com - my order will be here MONDAY 9/19 - the day after my event. I’ll have to find somewhere to store a box of tees and try to sell them next year - thankfully i wasn’t stupid enough to include the date like I did last year. So, if you want a small amount of t-shirts go ahead and try your luck. If you want bulk - give it at least 8 weeks wiggle room. If you want quality customer service and no stress, go somewhere else!

I was nervous about using Imprint.com after some of the recent reviews I read online, however I'm thankful that I went for it and ordered from them anyways. I purchased the full-color lanyards that they had on their website. They were the cheapest I was able to find anywhere else (besides a lanyard website that I think partners with or is the same company as imprint as their websites were identical). Cons of Imprint: Their online lanyard designer was difficult to use and definitely frustrating to get use to. Pros of Imprint: They have good customer service both online and on the phone. I asked them numerous questions and clarifications online that were pretty quickly answered. I also paid for the proof and received on that I didn't like at all. I called customer service and they worked with me to create what I wanted and opened a service ticket for me which they were quick to respond to. It probably took four days for me between ordering the lanyards and accepting the proof that I liked for production. The lanyards arrived exactly as I wanted a day earlier than the shipping date said (and honestly, I was expecting later than what it said because it took a couple days to confirm my design.)

Beware of shipping costs. Don't pay for any additional shipping unless it is in one of the "guaranteed" options, otherwise it is simply a markup and they make no promise to deliver it by the estimated date.

A bride/client of mine had a last-minute request for custom coffee sleeves - she and the groom both work in the coffee industry. Imprint made it easy for me to upload the art and order the sleeves in a matter of minutes. The sleeves arrived just in time to be packed and taken to the destination wedding. They were beautifully printed and added to the elegance of the event.

I will definitely use Imprint again. The website was easy to use and it made designing my custom order very easy. The turn around time was very quick and the product was great quality. Easy. Quick. Cheap. !!
