Harbour House Crabs Tracking Order Status

I have to post here due to my review will not post on their site if not positive. These crabs are hit or miss, but the selective reviews on site makes you want to buy. I have purchased a few times mainly due 1st time discount & gift card sent by family. This time I wanted to see if ordering out-of-season would be an option for me. For the most part, in season the crabs are ok, but my experience with recent 1 dozen jumbo came with only 2 jumbo & the rest mixed sizes. Of course, if you call they will add insult by telling you to send pics or bring up that tip to tip size crap. I have received a small refund on an order with jumbo & large that was not great. JUMBO should be clear by size & weight, period. I placed an order in Jan due to coupon claiming heavy crabs & 36.00 off order that cost about 129 shipped with fees included. Not only did I just get 2 jumbo, most of the rest pre frozen crabs were light, but they always send 1 or more extras to cover the incomplete order which did not help when you want jumbo. Size does matter in this case. I want to like this place but the only orders I have been sorta happy with are the offers for free ship large size with table paper & wooden mallets. I may still order those in season, but no more jumbo. The things I do like is you can order with no seasoning, the great packing & next day delivery.

I am from Baltimore, Maryland. We love our crabs. Harbour House Crabs is the closest I have come in over 20 years to the Maryland Crabs. Customers have to realize crabs are a summer and fall item. If you order in the winter you are not going to receive what you get in the summer. They will be the best possible. Harbour House Crabs has always done thir best for us to give the best crab available. I will not purchase from others. This is unsolicited. Judy Wilson

I paid $175.85 for 1/2 brushel of large crabs. What I received was small to medium crabs with very little meat. Also, I placed my order with Harbour House Crabs, but I received crabs from iLovecrabs.com I believe I am owed a full refund. No matter, I will not be a repeat customer.
