IHOOD INC Tracking Order Status

I ordered the heated socks and after a couple of months one of the batteries failed. Contacted customer support and they sent two new pair of socks. Awesome support!

This company I recommend 1000%. Their products are very well made with great materials and work very well. They have the most helpful and outstanding customer service. I did have a small issue with one product and they were very helpful. They respond very quickly to get the issue solved very nice I recommend this company 10/10.

I have really enjoyed using their jacket as I ride a bicycle to work and it can be quite cold in the mornings. The stitching that holds the zipper teeth to the jacket started to come undone which prevented the jacket from being able to zip up. Customer service was very quick to respond and issued a prompt solution. It was a very smooth experience and reinforces my confidence in investing in their products. I hope this review can help other prospective buyers.

I love my ihood heated vest!! I have had different vest in the past but I find the I hood a better product. 1. It has a thin hood that is heated at the ears that roles up and zips into the collar for extra heat on the back of your next I ski so I like the hood as it fits nicely under my helmet and keeps the wind off my neck. 2. All heated vest have on/off buttons on the front of the vest. Ihood has three buttons for different areas and three different temps. The best part is. There is a button that turns the light off while the vest is still in heated mode I have not found that on any other vest. When I needed to email service they got right back to me and were very helpful. I highly recommend ihood

"I want to tell as many people as I can about a great customer service experience! I got a brand new heated vest in the mail today! My sister bought me my original one 30 months ago. It quit working and I contacted the company. Even though their warranty is only 18 months, they sent me a brand new one for $20 shipping and handling. (This vest is $89 new on amazon.) There actually is still a company out there that cares about amazing customer service! If you ever have a chance to support iHood, do it! They sell heated gloves, socks, vests and coats!"
