I have to say I was very surprised with iHealth. My last review was a one star and very bad for them but on the day after I placed the review, I received a brand new BP7 wireless BP cuff. My first thought was why in the world did they send this. It’s probably because the other one was not working. I could never get it to pair with the app. Thankfully the new one paired right away. iHealth, I ask you to forgive me for the bad review.

I ordered 4 tests Wednesday of last week by Friday they were in my mailbox. I have read the negative reviews and comments and my experience was 5 out of 5 stars. I don't know if it had anything to do with the site I ordered them off of but give it a try. Go to cdc gov site look for order tests click and it should take you to the post office site look for order 4 free tests. Put info in. That is it! Remember your not ordering anything thats just how it is set up...hope this helps. God bless you all

I have been ordering supplies from Ihealthlabs since the beginning of the pandemic. I ordered 40 thermometers then hundreds of good quality KN95 masks. Over the last 8 months I have ordered about 5000 medical quality masks. At the beginning of the pandemic shipments took a while as they originated from China. Now shipments arrive in three or four days. I have referred them to other departments and they are happy with them as well.

Ordered an iHealth PT3 thermometer on 04/19/2020. It took 2 weeks to arrive. My order was not processed for 5 days after placing my order. I have used this 2 times. I went to use it yesterday and it said the battery was dead. After replacing the batteries with 3 NEW sets of batteries it is still saying the batteries are dead. I called them today. Spoke to a foreigner, she assured me that the product has a history of doing this and agreed to send a new one today or tomorrow. She said I would be receiving an email with the replacement information, and tracking information shortly. Instead I received a computer generated email that said: Your request (#150519) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. Due to the COVID 19 outbreak and the shelter in place order in our region, our ability to respond to tickets has been hampered. Please bear with us during this time of national crisis. With the need for our inferred No-Tounch thermometers, our ticket volume has gone from 40 tickets a day to over 600, we are all working long days to respond to all of the request. If you don't hear from us over the next two business days, please check your spam folder. Sometimes our responses get filtered as spam. To add additional comments, feel free to reply to this email. Our support center operates Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Pacific Time. We can also be reached at 855-816-7705. This email is a service from iHealth Lab, Inc.. Delivered by Zendesk. This is a far cry from receiving a confirmation that they are replacing the defective item, and tracking information for the replacement item that I was told I will have in my hands in 2-3 "working days" as she said. I will update, when or if I actually receive a replacement item.

I had very good experience with the purchases I made from this company. This is my second time buying from this company. At this difficult time of COVID-19, you can barely get any other thermometer timely in the market. I made my purchases on their website. It took a little more than a week for my first order to arrive, which is understandable due to the delay in the packaging and transportation process because of COVID-19. I received my second order in less than a week. I really like the design of the thermometer, as it is simple and easy to use. Would recommend to any buyers in need!
