I like the fact that I can order bulk paneer here. (Paneer is an Indian cheese.). I've also enjoyed other cheeses from here although they seem overpriced. For that reason I order only rarely.

I placed a Christmas order on December 12th for more than $200 ordering a couple of food boxes to be delivered to my son in LA on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately the package was not shipped until late on December 23rd and so it missed the deadline. However, the company was very apologetic and because the package contained some perishables, they re-sent those elements at no extra cost.

Outrageous S/H prices. Shame because this company is Beyond awesome when it comes to selection, service and quality.
