iDventure Tracking Order Status

I recently purchased idventure's "Pyramid of the Sun" and I'm incredibly impressed. The quality of the construction and the ingenuity of the design are both exceptional. Well done to the idventure team for their fantastic creativity!

I placed an order, paid with iDEAL, money was transferred from my bank account, but the order was not succesful. After contacting customer service they said the bank account number my monwy was transferred to was unknown to them. Also, they informed to contact my bank to get back the money (impossible in my experience) and they therewith closed my case. Update: The customer service helped me out eventually, and my money was transferred back to me. Later, I did place my order, but at another webshop. Their products are great and of high quality.

Seriöse Firma mit tollen Produkten.

I received my puzzle boxes in October to give as a Christmas present. I checked all the boxes which were intact but obviously didn’t open them as they were a gift. Unfortunately when the recipient opened one, a corner was snapped and hanging off. I emailed Kickstarter and received a reply from Lara which stated that it must be from the delivery, and to go to DHL myself to retrieve a claims form. I told her that the box was fine, and also this was not my responsibility as a customer. I later followed up that the inside boxes were also fine. She has told me that as she can’t prove this (despite me sending her photos of the damaged item and offering to send a photo of the intact box) she has completely refused a refund or replacement for a faulty product. I would avoid this company now due to this as it is bad customer service to refuse to acknowledge a damaged item. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the other boxes are nice.

Fantastic company to deal with. Ordered 2 puzzle boxes on 20th December, which were delivered on 24th (from Germany to Scotland) Confirmation quickly received of order with tracking details provided, so could easily see delivery progress Would fully recommend and will use again. The puzzle box items are amazing and look really good quality, and the service and delivery provided was impressive Thanks to IDventure
