Identity Direct Australia Tracking Order Status

Is Identity Direct no longer in business? I keep hitting dead ends, when trying to place a new order. I can't find anyone else who does labels like these. I received a reply from Identity Direct with a link, which I followed, and nothing that I search for in relation to labels will open for me, simply stating: "Sorry, no longer available", from which I can only conclude, they are no longer in business!

Was not satisfied with quality of delivery but after informing deal direct they offered a refund or to send replacement item. Hopefully they follow through wirh replacement. Customer service was excellent with their communication.

I had a small problem with my order and the Customer Service team member (Renugapriya Sandra Sigaran) dealt with it quickly. I'm exetremely happy how quick and efefficiently the issue was resolved.

Absolutely the best customer service I have received for a long time. Emails were answered very promptly and the company was easy to deal with and courteous. I have bought from this company for years, but this is the first time that I have needed to deal with customer service - I really am impressed that their great products are accompanied by great customer service!
