Had some great deals offers, and most of the products where good and delivery fine. But one of the products had a defect and we where promised a new one right away. 3 weeks after the product was ready to be delivered we still haven't received anything. I have written twice and only answer, "we haven´t forgotten about you, we are very busy" Hopefully the product will arrive soon?

Very stylist and good quality products. Deliver was free and fast. However, it is almost impossible to get a hold of someone if you have a question or need to make a return. You have a 14 day return policy but I have been attempting to make a return for 4 days now and am still waiting on a response back from customer service to get a return label.

I purchased two cases. One was fine, the other was not made well. Considering the cost I am not happy. I am concerned how long the case will last and if I will purchase any other items.

Extremely high-quality product. I purchased a wallet case which is magnetic as well as a clutch since my mother-in-law wanted a strap along with her wallet case. I searched for about two weeks online trying to find a high-quality wallet case. It never made sense to me to get an expensive phone and then put it in a cheap case or case that doesn’t cover the front of the phone, especially if it is put in a purse with keys, etc. Sometimes it’s difficult to tell from pictures how well a product is made but the quality materials and finish is superb (I’ve had phone cases fall apart in the past). At first, it was difficult to know how to use the magnetic closure but with practice became very straightforward since alignment is critical. For the magnetic wallet, I was not able to use sit on top charger but once I took the phone out ( it stays in its smaller case) I was able to use it. It would’ve been nice to know if these cases are compatible with the new Apple MagSafe chargers before buying. Highly recommended.
