ICON Meals Tracking Order Status

These meals are fantastic. They are flavorful and meet my macros needs. I know some will say they are expensive; but my time is valuable. I like I can take one out of the freezer and to the office with me in the morning, it's easily defrosted by lunch, 2-3 minutes in the microwave and I'm ready to eat. I also appreciate the first responder discount. This beats the pants off every other meal delivery company out there. I don't have to think, I just heat and eat.

I’ve tried a few meal prep companies, varying prices and quality — Icon is my favorite by far and is great quality for a competitive price! The spices and sauces deff help with things like reheated veggies and are a great addition. Also appreciate the Mil / First Responder discount! ICON meals is a serious life saver. I hate cooking every week and on top of that I have high blood pressure. ICON is one of the very few meal delivery services that are ACTUALLY healthy. By being able to create custom meal plans this company has legit saved my life by taking stress off of me and allowing me to eat truly nutritious food. I used Trifecta before and they just had to much sodium for me. The only complaint I really see about ICON is their lack of flavor and to me that is a huge positive, this is what helps keep the sodium level down and know I am eating properly. I can't say enough about this service
