iCheapFlight Tracking Order Status

Cancelled my booking with them over the phone the same day as booking. Was honest about the reason and told them that they have poor online reviews and it scared me into booking with someone else. They did not charge me and were very polite.

I booked 2 flights I cancelled one right away and no problem like another complaint I read the fine print and my dates are wrong I've sent numerous emails phone calls left messages no response some service I'm probably going to take my loss and get another ticket directly from company I gave it a 2 because of the first part otherwise it would be zero

(September 8 2019) - new update. After many conversation with an agent called VICTOR, I was able to get all the refunds for my different flights cancellation. Victor called me back many times to provide me an update and make sure I received the refunds. In the end, the initial error was on my end for not reading the fine prints of the reservation which was written the 12th and not the 15th as I wanted. So... I will give you a 4 star (not 5 because of all the time I wasted on this) because of you Victor and I may in the end eventually try your services one day. Thank you for solving this. (august 320th) Update!!! After some communication with them I did get a refund on my initial flight. So as promise I am updating my 1* to 3*. Am still trying to get a refund on some service fees. Let's see how it goes. Seems like the customer service of the web site is better than the agent from the phone service of the same site... weird. Well another victim of their scam!!! (no more) I booked a flight on a date and when I paid and got the confirmation the date was not the right one. Called and they kindly (ya right) help me by booking the right flight at double the price that is listed on their site. Called again to cancel everything but guess what... no can do was their answer. I have to fall back on Visa for a fraud complaint. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST ....
