Iceland Tracking Order Status

Could iceland let customers know when they get stock delivered to the shops as when I place an order for home delivery there's always lots of items out of stock and they never substitute anything so end up having to go to the shop to buy it anyway so kind of defeats the shopping online. This happens everytime. It's really annoying!!!!!!!

My local store (Hadleigh) is a great place to shop. Literally spoilt for choice with great employees.

Iceland store,soho road Handsworth. Are the asain staff aloud to speak in there own language on the shop floor?

Paid for same day slot 12.30-2.30pm I waited till 4pm before calling and asking where the delivery is and suggesting maybe they let customers know if there is a issue. Shopping came at 7pm. Won't use again unless I have a whole day at home. Customer service hung up on me and I called the store the guy was helpful and sorted it out. But could have called if there was a issue with people's shopping.

There a Iceland at Eltham high street a cashier with no common sense rude shouts for help she doesn’t even move of her back side lazy Tara Dennis she serves people who shy only knows no one else especially if they got fully trolly load of stuff I went there last week went to her till she said I’m closed had trolly she said go on next till so I quickly queue up then she shouted who next so I said though u was closed she said yea to trolley fully she never got off her back side lazy mere Tara Dennis should be sacked or removed from store
