Iberdrola Tracking Order Status

Having spoke with your customer services, I expressed that i wished to cancel the service as i was with in my cooling off period. It never happened, so sorry 2 stars only.

You left the market

Excellent service as usual. Chaoimhe was very professional and helpful. I am sorry you are leaving the Irish market as Iberdrola was the best utility company I have ever dealt with.

too expensive company

I have left this provider due to price issues, but will have to give positive review as the staff have always been very good. Signing up the lads at the door were very nice, another gent called recently and was very polite and helpful. Also, on customer service call to Saskia before leaving she was really helpful and upfront about pricing and answered my questions really well. I left only due to pricing, but have to say the customer service side was very good.
