Fy Tracking Order Status

My rating is related to customer service - very responsive, quickly responding to initial issues iwht my address and then when I chose to not keep the print, they were so easy to work with! That makes me want to order again. My quality issue was that at the size I ordered, the print was blurry and the acrylic cover created too much glare. In the future, I would get a photograph and print only or canvas if available as they had a great variety of beautiful art.

I've ordered several items in the past but the most recent item was damaged in transit/delivery. I submitted photos and they instantly recognized the issue and sent me a new item to replace the damaged one. Quick reply and resolution to the problem, which I greatly appreciate. Not only do I love their products, but they have wonderful customer service.

This was my first time ordering from FY! and I was slightly hesitant/skeptical as I was not familiar with the company. I was pleasantly surprised as 1) I love the prints I purchased and 2) their customer service team was fantastic - highly communicative, a real person/not a bot, and the same person proactively checking in and providing updates. (My shipment is as lost in transit and the FY! Customer service team sent out a replacement immediately).

Customer service is responsive, friendly and helpful. The products are high quality. Ive ordered several times and been happy each time.

FY! Have the best customer service I have come across in a long long time. I have to return an item (part of a bigger order) and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They kept me informed on a daily basis and were understanding, informative. I was so impressed and with regular updates I didn’t need to chase them once. What a refreshing change!
